I have just finished 18 months dental treatment at this practice and I couldn’t be happier, as I am very nervous going to the dentist I kept putting of having treatment I was also ashamed of showing my teeth as they were so awful. When I had my first appointment with Martin he explained what treatments I could have in detail, printed of different treatment plans and how long it may take. After having extractions, root canal, crowns and implants I can now smile and show my teeth I couldn’t be happier I just wished I joined this practice sooner. I can't praise Martin, Eve and their team highly enough. I have just completed treatment for a full, top denture implant and I am over the moon with the results. I lost my confidence to smile due to a childhood accident but now I'm like the Cheshire cat smiling from ear to ear. Every step was explained in-depth, all my questions answered and I felt at ease. The practice is modern, has up-to-date equipment and every precaution is taken against Covid19. I felt safe! Professional in every way. A great dentist is hard to find but I have found one now! £113 for 12 minutes. Martin charged me £50 for a checkup and £63 for a hygienist appointment. The total appointment lasted 12 minutes, from walking in to the practice to driving away. I asked for a refund for the hygienist appointment, which I hadn't asked for and wasn't aware I was booked in for. Received a lengthy email from him saying I was 'a penny pinching customer' and that he would no longer treat me.
