Empty disabled parking space in staff car park, only hand propelled wheelchairs allowed in building, so I had to park in public long stay car park and leave my powerchair behind, really struggled to walk with my stick to the health centre. Receptionist was busy talking with another member of staff. Eye screening staff members were very pleasant.

Nobody is answering the phone ive been trying to book an appointment for 2 weeks and when i go next door they send me away with the same phone number ive been trying all this time im nearly out of my medication and its starting to annoy me now Called again today still no answer and your link didnt work so something is going on. It dosent seem to be very professional or organised Once again didn’t answer for 2 months and as soon as I get through they were very rude to me and the cancelled the next day disgraceful

Answered the phone almost instantly, routine appointment arranged for first thing next morning. Seen on time, no wait at all. Friendly and helpful, couldn’t ask for better service.
