Whilst the nurses & doctors are nice the experience overall is just awful. There are ridiculous waiting times ( 1 hour and 40 minutes today, even though I had an appointment ) The receptionist failed to acknowledge me for a couple of minutes after I arrived at the desk & was a Karen on a power trip. What does it cost them to look up & say, ‘I’ll be with you in a minute’? I asked if she knew how long the waiting time was. The receptionist here refused to give me a new patient form for me to fill in without me showing her photo Id first. I could understand if I was submitting the completed form and they needed photo id but to decline to let me have a blank form to fill in?! Pathetic. You could tell she enjoyed inconveniencing me too....bit of a Karen.

Rating should be Zero. I just came in to reception, the receptionist just ignored and carried on typing . I waited for a minute and then went to the self check in. No acknowledgment of anything, as if I did not exist.

Appalling customer care delivered by the receptionist, completely rude. After standing waiting for a receptionist to finish her phone call, saw me waiting before others, then carried on to see to someone who walked in after me. When I challenged this she was off hand and rude. Granted it got me dealt with then in my rightful turn, though she tried to make out I was in the wrong. Definitely in need of some customer care training.so glad this is not my practice.
