Synergy Dental Clinic

Went to the clinic on waters meeting road, exceptional experience. As I was there I was treated with kindness and respect from reception to treatment room. I highlight one of the good moments was a staff member called Kim, who assisted an elderly couple going in for treatment, helping the patient back to his seat, making cups of tea and offering our snacks. As I’ve been to a few clinics and seen a few things, I’d considered above and beyond, however was made to feel like this is a normal, natural environment for this clinic. Very clean and well presented. Highly recommend

The actual procedure - extraction of horizontally impacted lower wisdom tooth - was done very efficiently and both dentist and sedationist were excellent. However, I was still in some considerable pain on day 5 and called the practice, to be told it can take up to 12 days to settle. Still in pain and swollen, I visited my own dentist on day 10 and am now on strong antibiotics for a gum infection … and still in discomfort. I had questioned whether antibiotics should be administered on the day of the dental surgery, but had been told they wouldn’t be needed. With an extraction of this complex…

I had a great experience at Synergy Dental. The staff were very helpful from start to finish, and the service was professional throughout. The dentists who treated me, Muhammad and Natalie, were excellent — patient, skilled, and reassuring during the whole procedure. Thank you!

On wednesday 21st January i had 2 wisdom teeth and a root removed by Dr Wasif having been referred here from another dentist, i was already anxious as i have anxiety, i asked if my husband was allowed in with me for support, Dr Wasif and his assistant declined even though they could see i was upset, i was physically crying at this point, i asked why he can’t be allowed in and he said he doesn’t allow anyone inside the room, for distraction or interference.
