I’ve just received first class treatment from my dentist, after a weekend of toothache I made a call at 9am to ask for an emergency appointment unfortunately they had all gone however they managed to squeeze me in at 11.50am same day. I was seen by Nailah and the dental nurse on duty sorry your name escapes me. They are both great, smiley, friendly but at the same time very professional. Have nothing but praise for this Practice from the lovely dentist Ibrahim and his fab nurse to all the reception and staff I met today. I had an emergency that required an extraction and was seen within hours of ringing. I'm a very anxious person in the dental surgery but they were all very kind and made my visit less stressful with Ibrahim explaining everything he was going to do. It is excellent, helpful staff, dentists, receptionists. They always will try and sort you out if you are a current patient in an emergency or if you have an important problem. I have been going there since Norman Brindle, then Mark Wall work and Marc Schupak bought it out and then the My Dentist Group. I have been going there about 42 years + and I always feel happy.
