Little Lever Dental Practice

I had been in absolute agony with a severe infection and toothache. I called the Synergy Dental Practice Little Lever on 21/01/2026 and spoke to Georgia, who was absolutely brilliant. I booked, cancelled, and rebooked my appointment, and must have called the practice six times or more. Throughout it all, Georgia was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. I was seen by Matthew, the dentist, and he was fantastic. He managed to remove the tooth with great care. I booked a smile makeover consultation and did not receive a full dental checkup or X-ray included in this as the website states. The appointment was really rushed, the receptionist wasn't the friendliest, the appointment was delayed and overall i left feeling confused. The dentist was nice but I was told a treatment plan would be emailed to me, this was not sent and instead i received an email about me not continuing treatment (i never decided this). Overall a waste of £30.00 and not what i expected. Have decided it’s best to go elsewhere.

Cannot complain about this appointment. The receptionist was fabulous, friendly & informative. The dental examination was thorough & painless & having seen the same person previously I appreciate the continuity of care.

Lovely dentist and has restored my faith after being misdiagnosed at a previous dentist years ago. Only knocked a star off as my appointment was 20mins late and previous appointments have always ran over. So the only area I’d ask for them to look at :).
