I moved here from another dentist in Emsworth, who were fantastic. I have only attended the practice twice. They have run late both times. Today I attended after being advised to be seen by my GP. The only appointment available was 2.35 and I was advised that I would only need 15-20 minutes and this would be plenty of time to do the school run. I waited to be seen for 20 minutes past the appointment time, before saying I would no longer be able to have a 15-20 minute appointment as I have caring responsibilities. I had my current dentist Dr Paul Raz. when he was at another practice. When he left I followed him as he is an outstanding dentist and I wanted to continue with the first class care I’ve always had from him. It’s always a pleasure to see him and Holly.
A huge thankyou to Rico and his lovley dental nurse they have both been amazing kind and patient with me as I had alot of fear and past bad experiences elsewhere. So glad this place was recommended to me, let me tell you a story that literally saved a tooth, which my old dentist was going to remove, and the second time too.
