Called late in the evening as I was in pain. The loveliest person took the call and was so kind and caring. Booked in for early appointment the following day. I've not been to the dentist since before COVID broke the world! Hence, excruciating toothache. I am a very anxious dental patient. Also embarrassed as my teeth had got so bad. Not been to a Dentist in a while and needed an emergency appointment. The booking process was extremely easy via the online form, with prices and times readily available. Good communication confirming my booking via text and email. Once I arrived I was welcomed warmly and booked in. Not long waiting and my dentist came to greet me and discussed what my issue was in a friendly and informative manner. The treatment was quick, clear and considerate. First time going to Forest Dental and I’m so grateful. I’d been in pain with my wisdom teeth for months while waiting on the NHS, and they were able to put me through to have it removed. All the staff are so welcoming and lovely, especially Halima who was so kind and reassuring. Highly recommend!
Been looking for a local private dentist for quite some time. Came across Forest dental and got in contact, after reviewing online feedback from others. Registration was easy online, then had a call from Shannon who explained fees and available appointment schedule with practice. Arranged consultation appointment, which was thorough, quick and pleasant with Halima, where we discussed my needs and recommended treatment options.
