Have had the same experience as the other 1 star reviewers unfortunately. But glad I'm not the only one. Have had three appointments changed by the practice before I go in, and this last time they changed it to a different date to the one I was told (same experience as other patients in reviews). I was told I'd had a reminder text to tell me the an appoitnment time I didn't have, but I received it an hour before the appointment. Tried ringing them to confirm the appotinment time, and couldn't get through the phomes for 20 minutes one day, and then 15 minutes the next. It's just really poor…

The entire team is incredibly welcoming, and they always go above and beyond to make every appointment as comfortable and stress-free as possible. It's indeed a pleasure to write a review on Richmond dental centre. The staffs are very polite,experienced and very friendly Treatment given by Dr. Muhammad Faizan. I have visited him several times, and each visit has been truly reassuring. Dr. Faizan is highly experienced, gentle in his approach, and always takes the time to explain my treatment clearly. All the staff were lovely, professional and friendly. My dentist was very gentle and explained everything that he was going to do and he was very patient with my need to take small breaks. I love the fact they have a website were you can fill in any forms needed before your visit, update your information and manage your appointments. For me, with Autism & ADHD, phone calls are very stressful, being able to communicate most things through the website and have reminder text messages for my appointments is ideal.
