I wanted to share some positive feedback and say a big thank you to both Hannah from the Bolton branch and Gillian, my dentist and the branch manager from Blackburn. After I had to miss my appointment for medical reasons, I had a difficult experience with the receptionist, which was upsetting. I did my Invisalign treatment and composite bonding with Faisal and had a great experience from start to finish. He was always very helpful and took the time to clearly explain every procedure, which really put me at ease. I never had a single problem throughout my treatment. I would definitely go back to him if I ever needed anything else done and would happily recommend him to others. Thank you!

I had a filling come out whilst on a cruise july 2025, went to my dentist, had a filling, it dropped out 2 weeks later, went again , she said it was a better one, it dropped out 13 days later, went Dec 3rd 25, said I wanted a crown, they charged me for check up, didn't give me a temporary filling.
