I signed up with Tooth Club for composite bonding, but after an initial assessment I was advised that I needed to wear braces first. That was absolutely fine with me. Very disappointing experience I visited this clinic because I needed a tooth extraction. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely painful and frustrating. The dentist spent nearly one hour trying to remove my tooth using forceps but was unable to extract it. After all that time and discomfort, the dentist stopped and simply filled the tooth instead of removing it. After this treatment, I suffered severe tooth pain for almost one month. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and ensured the whole check-in process was smooth and stress-free. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service really set a positive tone for my visit.
