This was the first dental practice to get back to me with an NHS space. Upon registering, I was able to book an appointment just over two weeks later. I received text notifications leading up to the date as reminders, which was very helpful. The practice is in a location that’s easily accessible from town, and I found the offices to be clean, smart, and well-equipped with plenty of seating. I had a lot of dental work that needed to be done today and I cannot express my gratitude for this practice and Dr. Yap for his excellent work, care and support. I cried from joy as I had an awful experience prior to visiting Damira with my previous dentist. They managed fillings and extraction all in one appointment which was amazing. As a nervous patient this was the first time in years I've felt at ease and looked after.

The first time I went to this dental practice, I had a fairly good experience and decided to start Invisalign treatment. It is expensive, but acceptable for the service provided. However, my last visit was very disappointing. I went in for a consultation because I was experiencing jaw pain. I was asked to pay £60 in advance, which I understand can happen, so I didn’t make an issue of it. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 pm, and by 3:04 pm I was already outside, fully dressed.
