I was advised to attend this dentist by NHS 111 for an emergency appointment, which required me to travel 40 minutes from my home. Upon arrival, I was already slightly concerned as the practice did not feel particularly welcoming or reassuring. I had also seen some worrying reviews beforehand, which added to my concern, but I attended the appointment regardless as I needed urgent treatment. I attended via NHS 111 for urgent root canal initiation and paid for the treatment. The temporary filling completely fell out within 2–3 hours, leaving the tooth open and exposed. When I returned the next working day, the practice manager was very rude and dismissive. She did not invite me in, did not take my details, did not offer to examine the tooth, and showed no empathy or concern. I cant thank Nav enough for her kindness and patience. She really puts me at ease im a really nervous patient due to past experiences. Nav takes her time to explain what she is going to do and she gives me tips about what I can do to help my own oral heath.

The dentist lady dont know her name is so rude and condesending. No empathy for a man in pain with swollen face. Totally got no human skills. I do not reccomend. Not helpful when you are in dental pain which is one of the worst. Will not be returning.
