Very polite and friendly reception staff, helpful and professional very clear dedication to helping patients and making them feel comfortable, very short waiting time. Dr Hiba Ahmed and her dental nurse were absolutely wonderful with their delivery of care and professional as well and efficient with time and taking necessary action. They made me feel very comfortable in a usually scary environment and were understanding, patient and informative with all questions highly recommend
After having a very painful tooth infection I attended my dentist to see the cause of the pain I was informed I had a tooth infection due to a cavity. I felt targeted by a receptionist working at your dentist. I felt she was very opinionated considering she’s a receptionist. My first visit she got my prescription date wrong I was refused antibiotics because the date was wrong stating 2025 when it’s 2026 after then travelling to a different chemist I was lucky enough to get hold of my antibiotics to help stop the pain. I then attended a follow up appointment to sort my tooth out. I was refus…
This was my first appointment today and was very pleased with all staff, both reception staff and dental staff were lovely. Very happy we joined this practice and I would highly recommend. Thank you 😊
Lovely experience. Hiba is lovely! I am terrified of the dentist and have never had anything other than a checkup in past. She made me feel 100% comfortable 💗
