I normally don't come to this pharmacy as I am far away. Came here today for ear irrigation (ear wax removal). I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who told me to fill out a form and directed me to sit in the corridor. He then came and asked if I needed any water. The Nurse welcomed me in. Was very friendly. I was a little nervous, but she explained everything so well and calmed my nerves. Had a very tickly feeling during the process. I also had the camera in my hand and was able to see the junk blocking the ear canal. After 10 minutes I felt a warm feeling and the wax came out. I have …
