I recently had a root canal treatment with Anoud Mustafa, and she was absolutely amazing. She was extremely thorough and made me feel at ease from the very beginning. She consistently checked that I was comfortable throughout the procedure, which really helped calm my nerves. Anoud took the time to clearly explain each step of the treatment and what to expect, which made the whole experience much less stressful. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. I’m so grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend her to anyone needing dental treatment.
Warm and friendly staff , very welcoming ( not the ladies on desk, who seemed quite cool) Seen on time, explained procedures and any concerns, and very professional. However there are stairs for anyone with mobility problems. Overall very pleased and happy.
Yet again fantastic care and attention by dentists Yusuf and Ravi. I love this practice as it never fails to deliver excellent service. They are always professional and friendly. A huge thanks to all, and indeed Carol the receptionist for her hard work. Be proud of yourselves !
I’ve been going to this dentist for years now and they give you an appointment for a certain time. You get to your appointment before your appointment time and they will have you waiting for 20 to 30 minutes before you’re seen. Normally It’s not a problem, but you cannot give people an appointment for a certain time and have them there waiting for more than 20 minutes at a time. That’s why today you’re getting zero stars.
