I was in a lot of pain, and despite it being the end of the day, she very kindly stayed late specifically to see and treat me. That level of dedication truly meant so much. She was calm, reassuring, and took the time to explain everything properly, which really helped ease my anxiety. I’m extremely disappointed with our recent experience at this practice. The appointment was for my 12-year-old daughter, and unfortunately the dentist’s bedside manner was very poor. While the clinical treatment itself may have been adequate, his attitude was rude, dismissive, and at times came across as outright obnoxious. His tone felt unnecessarily abrupt, and he spoke in a way that lacked basic sensitivity and empathy. Been with Dentist for years previously always been happy, however ive had a crown fitted and its fell out twice and ive been charged on both occasions for it to be refitted if it was done properly first time

After being with private dentists throughout my adult life, with no joy of my teeth even being remotely fixed! I decided to try shardend dental practice and to my joy my teeth were sorted within a week. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and exceeded my expectations. All the staff are pleasant and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this dental practice. In fact, I have recommend it to friends and they are pleased with the service too.
