I visited today as an emergency with a painful tooth that had been temporarily filled previously, I had decided to have it taken out. Shyam Patel was excellent, explained my options, double checked when I chose extraction, which I appreciated. The procedure was really quick and painless, once injections had been done. One star for dentist (Dr Adam higgins) 5 stars for everything else. On my initial visit, I was seen by Dr. Shailee Chandra, who provided exceptional care. She was professional, friendly, and explained every step of the procedure in a clear and reassuring manner. Although my tooth could not be removed that day due to infection, she made sure I understood why and made me feel comfortable throughout. I was very impressed with her approach.
