I had a very positive experience at this dental clinic when I brought my daughters. The staff showed great professionalism and kindness throughout the visit. What impressed me the most was how they communicated with my child during every step of the procedure. They explained everything in a calm and friendly way, which helped reduce her stress and anxiety. Thank you for making the experience so comfortable for children. I hadn't been to a dentist for far too long, so when I developed toothache I had no choice. After booking a consultation with Mudasir he quickly made me feel at ease and clearly explained what was going on in my mouth. A visit the following day was planned for treatment. Dentist Mudasir and his nurse Zara were brilliant they made me comfortable and kept me fully informed of what they were doing. I would really like to share my appreciation and compliment the dentist Dr Waseem Khan. I am in awe in how he took my wisdom tooth out with such skill and precision. He checked my tooth and made sound judgement.I was nervous about having it taken out but he put all my worries to rest. He is a credit to the dental profession. He is professional and easy to talk to. The receptionist on the 13th and 14th February was also lovely, polite and helpful. The website is easy to use and the WhatsApp service is great too. I visited Robinhood for the first time and booked in for an emergency appointment. I was booked in the same day and the service from the receptionist Ella was very professional and she was both helpful and friendly. Dr Waseem was exceptional. He was informative and professional and gave me great advice. He booked me in for a follow up appointment the next day and the service and experience couldn’t have been better.
