Kunal and Linda were really welcoming and friendly during my invasilign consultation! It was a really positive experience. :) They were really helpful and took time to answer all my questions. I felt well informed about the cost, expected results and process. And there was no pressure to commit. Definitely left feeling confident and optimistic to start treatment! They made me feel comfortable throughout the consultation!
Recently had porcelain veneers fitted by Kunal and extremely happy with the whole process.Kunal talked me through everything, answered my many questions and kept me informed throughout the process. The referral process was extremely frustrating. I had a private filling after a dental check and needed an oral surgery via the NHS. I informed the clinic from the beginning that I was moving and needed a referral to a different hospital, yet they sent it to Birmingham NHS Trust anyway. After updating them, they told me I should contact the NHS to transfer it. The NHS Trust said the dentist was responsible for the transfer, but the clinic then claimed they couldn’t process it and suggested I redo the check locally, which could take months due to the long waiting list. I recently Visited Priory Dental Practice and the experience was nothing short of excellent. I was pleased by the clinic’s warm environment and modern equipment as soon as I arrived. Big thanks to Saniya, she was very professional and affable. I also appreciated the fact that she was very detail-oriented and had my well-being at interest. I would highly recommend Priory Dental Practice as the best place to get dental treatment.
