I give this a 5 star review because, as a patient here, I’ve been treated with nothing but kindness and care. The team is always lovely, and they make sure I’m comfortable at every appointment, especially when working on my braces. Their caring attitude and constant reassurance really make’s a difference, and I always feel like I’m in safe hands.

Shahnaz is amazing! She’s been my orthodontist for a while now, and I still have my braces. They’ve always been really comfortable, and she always makes sure everything feels right during my appointments. I go in regularly, and she’s always so kind, patient, and easy to talk to. Even her Assistant Leena was super nice. I always leave feeling taken care of and happy with her.

We had an appointment today. We were seen promptly. My daughter has a brace and needed a review. Dr Cottom explained everything so clearly and made sure we understood the routine that we had to follow before we left. Abdul was really friendly and reassuring when my daughter was nervous. I’ve had such a great experience here, especially thanks to the amazing Leena. I went to get Invisalign, and from the very first visit she has always been so friendly, kind, and polite, which immediately put me at ease. What really stands out about Leena is the way she makes you feel welcomed and cared for, almost like part of the family.
