I visited on Tuesday 17th Feb 2026 and was called in for an ultrasound by an Indian man. I asked if my husband can come in and he gave me a very patronising no. I recently attended a dermatology appointment with Dr Sanah Bholah, and the experience left me deeply disappointed. After discussing my skin condition, I asked my father to speak with her for clarity and support. Instead of responding with the professionalism and respect expected from a medical practitioner, she addressed him with, “What do you want,” in an openly rude and dismissive tone. I visited the clinic for a wart that has grown directly under my eye an area that clearly affects my daily life and vision. I was referred with the understanding that it could be removed. However, the clinician who saw me simply looked at it and told me there was nothing she could do, other than ask my GP to prescribe a cream. I had an excellent experience at Modality Ultrasound. Heather and Cynthia were absolutely wonderful — so professional, gentle, and caring throughout the entire procedure.
