I recently visited this in Birmingham, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. Myself and my family are patients here and I'm under going work at the moment. I have to say the whole team are professional and very helpful. My dentist explains everything about my procedures and is very calm and reassuring in his approach. I tried to call the practice to change an appointment I had for another day. I called for 20 minutes on and off with no answer. Finally I got through and I spoke to Lauren and explained (in a normal manner, calmly) I'd been trying to call for 20 mins to which she just responded ' how can I help!?' I said 'an apology would have been nice but anyway'..... I still got nothing after that. I just found her very rude. I wanted to change my appointment for another day but ended up cancelling it all together because of her rudeness. I've found another dental practice now, I don't want to be spoken …

Great dentist but the receptionist really let's the place down. She's so unnecessarily rude & has no empathy at all.
