The receptionist is really friendly. The waiting area is functional and clean, though not luxurious. Sometimes you have quite a long wait - but you get as much time as you need when your turn comes. Similarly sometimes it’s a wait for an appointment, but you can generally be fitted in if your need is urgent! I have been delighted by my treatment at this practice.

This would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the asian receptionist. The manner in which she presents herself when talking and interacting with patients is abhorrent! She is rude and off putting! When speaking to this receptionist over the phone it is JUST as bad! She is dismissive, rude and her attitude is one of everything is too much trouble! Thanks to Shazia the main dentist, this dental practice recieves 4 stars. I cannot praise her enough! She is kind, friendly, patient, professional without being abrupt or rude.
