I have never written a review in my life, but today i felt it was important to raise a genuine concern regarding that miserable looking receptionist Cindy. It is not the first time i have witnessed this behaviour, i have been at this dental practice for 17 years. I have even brought over my wife and her family to this practice. During my visit, her manner was abrupt, unwelcoming, and seriously lacking basic customer service, which created an uncomfortable environment for patients. Hi Maypole surgery is such a fantastic which has got good staff from the reception especially. Cindy who has been for a very long time. She has always been so helpful to my husband and me too. I am very happy with them all and I recommend others too.
I can’t praise Maypole Dentist Surgery highly enough — their service is truly outstanding. We had an amazing experience at Maypole! They were absolutely fantastic with my kids — patient, friendly, and really made them feel comfortable from the moment we walked in.
