I had a great experience with Dr. Aditya. He’s extremely professional, patient, and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the treatment. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and the entire process was smooth and painless. He explains every step clearly and genuinely cares about his patients. First time, welcoming. Asked if I had any concerns, told me what he was going to do. Explained to me the charges and asked if I wanted to continue. Explained the aftercare and sent it via email and booked in a follow up. Very smooth from start to finish. Liked emails and phone call for reminder of appointment. All positive so far.
I had a very positive experience at the dental clinic. My dental therapist, a tall and friendly gentleman whose name I unfortunately forgot, was extremely professional and approachable. He took the time to explain in detail the issues with my teeth and the treatment options available, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout my appointment. Writing this with regards to my son. No matter who we see when we go we are always greeted with a warm and friendly welcome and the interaction with him is great to see. Lots of positiveness, high fives and praise. The sticker at the end is always a nice touch but he visits the dentist without fear due to his experiences. Kind, attentive and friendly and makes it an easy experience no matter who we see on the day. Thank you!
