Such an amazing experience from start to finish. The clinic was incredibly clean and beautifully aesthetic, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The team took their time to really work with me, explaining all my future options and creating a plan that felt right for my teeth. I never felt rushed or pressured just supported and secure. Highly recommend if you’re considering clear aligners and want a place that genuinely cares.
Excellent service! - decor was 10/10 and made me feel comfortable! -staff were ALL amazing and professional. Kali (the clinic manager) explained the treatmnet clearly and my options available. She was very professional and her communication was personable. The flow of my appointment was smooth and I was able to have my initial consultation and order my aligners right away! I look forward to my journey at Impress- if you are looking for alligners that are affordable but premium- dont walk, RUN to Impress Birmingham!
I had an exceptionally pleasant visit to the Impress orthodontic Birmingham branch yesterday. The clinic itself is outstanding, with a welcoming atmosphere and an incredibly high standard of care. Kali, the Clinic Manager, along with the entire Birmingham team, were truly amazing—professional, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout my visit. Thank you all for such an excellent experience. Extremely Disappointing Experience with IMPRESS UK My experience with IMPRESS UK has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. The service I received was far below what I expected from an organization that is supposed to operate with professionalism, fairness, and transparency.
