Imperial Dental Group – Bunbury Road

Went for my first appointment, place is pretty run down. Dentists pushed and pushed me to make a decision on whether I wanted a root canal or extraction, but I wanted to think about it first and was then asked “well how long are you gonna take”. Also think in the nicest way possible that the receptionist could use some telephony/customer service training. You don’t even get a goodbye at the end of a call.

I was seen as an emergency as I was in so much pain. Maria was very good and did what I wanted which was an extraction. She helped me with my anxiety and good after care. Been going here since I was 2! Highly recommended.

I had some dental work done with Nehal. She is thorough, explains everything clearly, and puts you at ease straight away. Highly professional and skilled, I strongly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent dental care.
