In a remarkable building a remarkable team! They are second to none! I have to say on behalf of my Entire Family we could’t wish for a better Dentist than Dr Hina Wahid in Birmingham! Dr Wahid has a wonderful personality who deals brilliantly with my little Emma (age 9) and with us as well on the Top Standard regardless what age and what treatment are we required! The dentist is absolutely lovely—professional, caring, and fantastic. I couldn’t fault the dental care itself. However, my experience with the reception staff was disappointing. They came across as rude and defensive, which really detracts from the otherwise positive experience. Some customer service training and a more patient-focused approach at reception would make a huge difference.

Appointment today with Jeanette The Hygienist Excellent patient care, she explained what I needed to do to look after my teeth/gums and even showed me on screen diagram and showed me how my dental care after Jeanette’s help time and advice had improved by 50% So pleased with her Service Definite 5 star

First review (updated below this): As the receptionists seem to be getting mixed reviews, I wanted to share my experience. I've just got off the phone with one of the ladies at the clinic and she was amazing. I needed to register with them as a new customer and she was a pleasure to talk to, very helpful, efficient and there was no nonsense as well. I'm in desperate need of an appointment due to toothache and she immediately booked me in for tomorrow.
