Dr. Sapna Chandrashekar is an amazing dentist! She’s gentle, caring, and highly skilled. She takes the time to explain everything and makes you feel completely comfortable. The clinic is clean, modern, and welcoming. I couldn’t ask for better dental care — highly recommend her! 🦷✨

Worst dentist ever, blocked me from the dentist just because i cancelled and rearranged the appt but it counts as a “missed” appt for some reason. the staff and receptionists are rude, unhelpful and dismissive when uou speak to them on the phone and they do not care at all about your health. The dentist themselves are nice but theres no point if there is no good service from the receptionists and when booking appointments. Do not bother coming here they did the same blocking rubbish with my parents too. Its a waste of time as theyll eventually get rid of you and “block” you from the system …

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! They made me wait 3 years on the waiting list for braces telling me I need them then every appointment I made they cancelled and they even cancelled it 30 min before the appointment!!! And when I finally got an appointment the lady came in over 40 min late and the staff are rude and unkind as they give dirty looks and when the told me to call back they said never to call them again bcs I said I should be able to get braces for free after waiting 3 years!!!! Amazing dental practice, they work around your schedule and even give you phone calls to remind of appointments one day ahead, they’re always caring for their patients & know & understanding to the patients. The best dental practice in the Balsall Heath area & one of the best in Birmingham as a whole.
