Grove Lane Dental Surgery

I visited the dental practice today to have my top molar removed, and as it was my first tooth extraction, I was understandably very anxious. From the moment I arrived, the support I received was second to none. Sroj at reception was absolutely wonderful. She reassured me straight away and provided such caring, attentive customer service. Her calm and friendly manner really helped me relax before the procedure. Dr Mubashir Saleem was extremely thorough and professional. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental practice. My last four appointments have all been either cancelled or rescheduled—often at short notice with what feels like poor organisation and lack of professionalism. The most recent appointment was cancelled without any notice at all, leaving me completely unprepared and very frustrated. This level of unreliability is unacceptable for a healthcare service.

Well i must say ,my smile looks better feels better than anyone has done before , even my friends saying they look better than the ones i had from the dental hospital , Thank you and much appreciated

Very nervous patient, The receptionist was very warm and welcoming. The Dental nurse also a very nice lady made me feel relaxed. The Dentist was Fantastic and I left very very happy. 100% Recommend.
