I recently had a check up and had a really good experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were kind, welcoming, and very helpful, which instantly made me feel comfortable . The dentist was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The check up was thorough, and I felt well looked after throughout the appointment. I really appreciate how friendly and reassuring the whole team was. I’d definitely recommend this practice to others.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dental practice. I had an appointment booked and called ahead to say I would be running about 10 minutes late. I was told the receptionist would check with the dentist and put me on hold, but instead the phone was put down and I had to call back myself. When I finally got through again, I was told the dentist refused to see me because I had cancelled appointments in the past. Good: This practice is able to take on new NHS patients. Bad: My 'old' dentist moved on from the practice, to be replaced with a 'nice', but inexperienced (imho) practitioner, who carried out a couple of fillings of old and decaying and uncomfortable teeth, with no x-rays and no proper diagnosis. I was in agony over the Christmas period, following my fillings. I managed to get an emergency appointment in the new year, which resulted in an unexpected extraction. I've now spent 5 months of discomfort, having had a tooth extracted, without even being sure that the dentist pulled the problem …
