Very professional and reassuring folks that over the course of 24 month treatment were top notch. I had to reschedule quite a few times around my erratic work commitments and it was never an issue. Most importantly, very pleased with my teeth too!

I would have given a better rating, until yesterday when I had my braces extremely tightened, I am already in so much pain and then I had wires on the sides poking into my cheeks I rang to ask if I can have an emergency appointment and they only had one time available, so I said I’ll ring back as I have an exam that day so I need to confirm with my college tutor, as soon as I rang back she told me she had given the appointment to someone else which is really not fair! I am already in so much pain and they do absolutely nothing to help! It literally only takes a few minutes to cut extra wire…

I have been coming here for years now and the service is so spot on and welcoming. The receptionist aswell as the orthodontists are really sweet . Would 100% recommend!!
