Arrived 15 minutes late due to traffic but was refused treatment. However, usually, we are made to wait over 10 mins downstairs to be escorted upstairs and then another 15+ mins in the reception upstairs but we don't complain. It's shocking how you are treated even though you tried your best to make the appointment. When you try to call reception, they never ever answer. You have to leave a voicemail and sometimes ,they will eventually get back to you and other times they don't. Poor service and communication.
The service at this dental clinic is excellent. Dr. Liu is extremely professional — from sitting down to completing the extraction, the whole process took around ten minutes and was completely painless. Dr. Liu kept checking on how I felt throughout the procedure, which was very reassuring. Highly recommended.
There’s worse waiting times than the NHS. And you would think because you pay for your treatment they would have some respect but that’s just not the case. Horrible time management and the staff are no help. Wouldn’t recommend to get any treatment done here!
I had a filling done by Muhammad Kabir today he was very professional and was friendly and did a amazing job thanks so much I highly recommended him. All the staff was very nice 👍 5 stars
