The service I received here recently has been fantastic so far. Sarah was so knowledgable and understanding, she helped me book an appointment after I had to have a procedure done at another dentist and I hadn’t had a great experience. I saw Rohil at my appointment today, he was so informative, talked to me about all of my options and made me feel confident that Coleshill dental centre will be able to rectify the issues I’ve had as a result from using another practice. Been a patient here since childhood with regular Hygienist appointments. At a recent visit I was seen by Ozgen(?), a lovely Locum who was absolutely brilliant! Really friendly and clearly very good at what she does. I've had gum issues for quite some time and Ozgen really helped by explaining how I could work between visits to make things better. It wasn't just a visit for treatment as it usually is. it will be a huge loss to the practice when she leaves I shall be really sorry that she is not part of the permanent staff.
Receptionists, dental nurses and dentists are of the highest standard. I was greeted in a warm, friendly and efficient manner by Sarah and Morgan today. I always receive the best of treatment here. I have been going into this practice for 66 years and have never had a complaint.
Cannot fault coleshill dental centre since I have been a patient. Iv been a pain but they’ve been amazing an so accommodating big thank you! Especially to Morgan you have been an absolute star. She really goes above and beyond I seriously can’t thank her enough! (Been promising this review for months now haha) but again BIG UP MORGAN! If only all healthcare receptionists was like you! Xxx
