The clinic meets the standards of top-level specialty centers, and the staff are extremely warm and friendly. I personally witnessed the receptionist patiently answering phone calls and assisting both myself and other patients. As for Dr. Dorsa Ghadiri’s diagnosis, treatment plan, and advice — I’m writing this comment now that I’ve seen real results and am confident in the outcome. I was seen by a female dentist who was really friendly and helpful and managed to squeeze me in the same day, for which I was really grateful and impressed given the pandemic! She was very friendly and kind and really put me at ease, explaining everything clearly. Brilliant experience and couldn't recommend more highly.
I called every dentist in birmingham to get a emergency appointment but was keeping getting refused until i called this place, Jane took my number down and called me when she had a cancellation for the same day. Dr was very helpful and sorted my bad tooth out.
I had an issue with my wisdom tooth so had to book an emergency appointment with this dentist. The female dentist who saw to me was very friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and I would recommend to others
