Bhandal Dental Practice - 990 Bristol Road

Attended an appointment today with my SEN child, from the moment we stepped into the treatment room the dental therapist Jogpreet and nurse Nihe made him feel so at ease. They calmly talked him through each step of what they were doing and he thoroughly enjoyed his visit, for a child with sensory issues I wasn’t expecting the appointment to be so smooth sailing! They are brilliant with children and a credit to the practice, he already can’t wait for his next appointment!

My first time having fillings, so highly anxious and nervous. Jogpreet the dental technician put me at ease instantly, explained the process clearly, the treatment went smoothly as she constantly assured me throughout and was very careful and gentle carrying out the procedure, lowering my stress levels and kept me calm. Both Jogpreet and Nihe the nurse carried out excellent treatment for me with efficiency and speed.

I'm so disappointed, I had my initial treatment months ago (April 2025) everyone was lovely and I felt the service I received was brilliant. However, once I'd had my front tooth surgically removed and a fake tooth out in place, I kept getting my appointments cancelled. I think I'm now on the 4th cancellation in a row. I've been waiting almost 7 months to be seen to have discussions about a bridge and check everything has healed well. Having had treatment from Annie and the dental hygienist, I am completely happy with the progress being made to solve my dental difficulties. Being fully informed at each step gives me confidence in the process and their capabilities.
