The dentist that I seen (Sabah Khan )was excellent 10/10 very professional and gentle. She explained everything along the way and was very patient with all my questions. Honestly I only joined the surgery because a work colleague recommended Saba to me and she definitely lived up to my expectations. The receptionist on the other was was extremely rude and dismissive. They over charged me and when I told them that the dentist has agreed how much it would cost they were really annoyed. I have had a wonderful experience and this was all due to Sabah Khan. She was very professional and talked me through the whole process. I felt extremely comfortable and she even provided me with aftercare advise. I will be returning & a massive thanks!

My experience with the dentist has been good so far.. But I need a tooth removing.. I am in pain.. they made appointment for many days later.. then cancelled the appointment and now no one answers the phone.. had to leave a message. Not enough staff? Too many patients? Things need to improve.

I had an appointment at my dentist having not been for 3yrs and the receptionist was really helpful when I was trying to get an appointment as my work rota is complicated at times, she was very patient and said it wasn’t a problem and we sorted it out. My dentist who I have had for quite some time now, Mrs Khan, is just fantastic, there is no upselling or giving you treatment that is not required, she gives excellent care and advice and is very efficient. I don’t think I have ever been to a dentist where they do your filling there and then, like I did, normally it’s book back in two months …
