It was the most awful moment to go there, Bhandal Dental Surgery has sent emails and two texts confirming today dental appointment Mon 12 of January 2025. The moment I have arrived at 10:30 am the newly appointed receptionist told my appointment was cancelled as what do called no funding from NHS till April. She has claimed the text was sent but never got it at all. I was in pain for months, given antibiotics but no treatment was given. Do not go here. I have been to get the same filling three times because each time it has fallen off after couple months. Last session the dentist did it wrong and had to re drill it and i was in the most terrible pain. I am now left desperate to find elsewhere to redo his job as the dame tooth is in pain AGAIN.

Dr Skeeta and her team did a fantastic job creating a non-judgmental and comfortable environment for my treatment plan. They walk you through each step during the treatment which helps calm the nerves. They definitely encouraged me to come back regularly as they de-mystified dentist appointments!

I had some work done today and one of my biggest fears is the dentist and with it being my first time at the practice I can honestly say it was the best experience I have ever had. The receptionist was lovely and so much help. The dentist and her colleague were so so lovely with dealing with my anxiety made me feel so comfortable. Talked me through every single step and made sure I was ok throughout and treating me in a reasonable time fitting me within other appointments even making sure my car was parked somewhere I would avoid a fine.
