My orthodontist was erma qureshi, she was absolutely brilliant my braces were taken off early due to circumstances off my own and my teeth were straight. The team managed to fit me in on the same day as I rang them because I couldnt make it for my appointment which was a month later. I am proud of the results, and would highly recommend coming here. Erma did a good job and I am much happier with my smile
The dentist is really good especially the lady who does the braces. The issue I have with the practice is THET DI NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!! The answering machine tells us the practice closes at 6pm it’s now 3.40pm and the machine just keeps going to answer phone. This is so frustrating I have two daughters to with learning disabilities and don’t have time to be messing about like this!! SOMEONE PLS ANSWER THE PHONE!
The orthodontist is very rude, Erma Qureshi thinks she is doing everyone a favour and needs to learn some basic manners on how to be polite and courteous. Rubbish practise took 4 people to take my wife’s tooth out for working in a dental professional myself it doesn’t need that many people to hurt the patient and make them feel really bad which was a terrible experience for her knowing this I would off got her refered elsewhere will make sure I change the dental practise going forward. Also they need to treat patients with care which wasn’t at this practice
