I had been at this practice since I was a child. They have all my dental records. Everything I’ve ever had done. I paid for all my treatment in full every time. I rang up to help with a problem only to be told I wasn’t on record anymore. I asked why, I’ve been coming here for 25 years. An had a yearly gap before. If not longer… To be told because I haven’t been for 11 months. I’m out. No letter to say; if you don’t attend within X amount of days you will be removed. Attended this dentist this morning was really worried before hand have to say Mark was really lovely and helpful reassured me about every process as he carried out treatment. Felt much better after leaving. Thanks guys

Got an emergency appt , all staff were personable, compassionate and did such an amazing job. I have Dental Phobia being honest I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

Couldn’t rate this Dentist any lower, no care towards their patients at all. I’ve now moved to another Dentist and it’s like night and day the service I’ve received. Avoid here at all costs..!!
