Long Lane Dental Surgery

The worst experience of my life! I signed up for a cleaning, and the dental technician was rude and sloppy. He broke my seal, and now my tooth has been aching for a week. No one apologized, they just billed me. I'll never go again, and I advise everyone to stay away!

Would not recommend this surgery! I had several issues with my teeth and gums , to which they were really dismissive. Since going elsewhere I’ve discovered advice and explanations they gave me were nonsense. Definitely avoid

Attention people, I want to share my bad experience in this dentist's office. I had a 10 minute conversation with the lady and 1 photo of my sick tooth for which I was charged 80 pounds. Please be careful when you go, and to be honest the lady seemed to me not to be a great professional.

I had a real bad experience of being treated unfairly at the reception. The Dentist Mr Ahmed should have the decency of accepting that they have moved a patient ahead of me. Looks like the practice is run to please only the ones they know. If a person who not good in Language comes in, the treatment is really bad and disrespectful. Mr Ahmed has no customer service skills when it comes to solving an issue.
