I am so grateful and appreciative to be able to review. As a dentally neglectful, very fearful patient, I was met with kindness, compassion and patience at EVERY step. From the first phone call with Sonia, I knew I was cared for. She was reassuring and remembered, without me saying, other family members of mine. She is so good with people and was exactly what I needed when I called and throughout my care. Top quality Dental practice!! The reception staff (Sonia) is lovely and so well organised with appointment reminders etc, and the quality of the dental treatment I have had done has been top notch! I have just had my first check up and hygiene clean at this practise. TBH I was nervous about changing from my previous dentist who I had been with for 20 years but now I'm retired I wanted to change to somewhere more local. I've got to say how glad I am to have made the change ! Dr. Preya, Pratishka and Sonia all took really good care of me and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and for explaining everything as we went along. See you again in 6 months !
I had a tooth extracted today at Barnehurst Dental Practice and I can’t praise the team enough. I was feeling really nervous beforehand, but they were absolutely brilliant — calm, reassuring, and professional throughout. They explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and really put me at ease. The procedure itself was quick and far less stressful than I imagined thanks to their care and support. I’m so grateful for how well they looked after me and would highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you get anxious about dental treatment.
