I had an X-ray performed at Bexley Dental Practice about six weeks ago, for which I paid in good faith. Despite my request for a copy of the X-ray, I was met with silence for four weeks. First contacted the reception and asked for the my Xray and they said will ask Mrs. Bracka the dentist but they never got back to me. When I finally took the initiative to visit the surgery in person, Ms. Bracka informed me that they still needed more time to process my request. This level of service is utterly unacceptable—especially considering I fulfilled my part of the agreement by paying for the servic…

Absolutely waste of time and a joke! Booked months in advance and they forced me to pay upfront. Took time off work and arrived to be told that the person I had booked left for higher pay!! Not my fault!!!! I was even asked if I received the letter sent back in March to rebook my appointment?!? Would I be standing in your face if I did!!! Avoid this place and do not return just like me.
