Yr Hen Orsaf Dental Practice

Yet again called at 8 waited for an hour on hold to be told quite rudely no appointments again. Booked first avaliable which is in 3 weeks by which time the issue may not be relevant anymore or more usual 10 times worse than it needs to be. I get they are trying their best but the nhs needs to do much better!!

Doctors great and 2 other women on reception great but one is a horrible woman as phone at 8 she says no appointments as should phone 8 I said I did she just put phoned down on me then next day at 8 phoned again as her again in middle over explaining something she puts phone down???it not younger women who work in reception it the older woman not qualified or got communication skills to work there horrid person

They do their absolute best here and you can tell! So so busy and they still try to do everything they can to help you. So lucky to have thia team for us, the best reception team too. Thank you for all you do.
