As a new patient to Berwick Smile Dental Care. I’ve had 3 appointments so far on my dental care journey, and I’ve had such an amazing experience. Every member of staff have been so lovely and welcoming and have made my anxiety of going to the dentist disappear. I love the fact that the team are very professional, but can have a good giggle and chit chat to make the appointments even more comforting.10/10 would highly recommend.
Berwick Smile Dental Practice is by far the best dental practice I’ve visited. Not only are the team very professional and great at what they do, they also care about you as a person. The team remember their conversations with you from visit to visit, adding that personal touch. They also go out of their way to help and provide a fantastic service all round..
I have been a patient at Berwick Smile since they opened their doors. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. Indra the principal dentist is fantastic as is every single member of the team from reception staff, hygienists, nurses, co-ordinators and other dentists. The dental clinic itself is absolutely spotless. I recommend Smile to my family & friends without hesitation.
