I had the best experience with Dr. Kate from Picardy Street Dental Practice. 2 difficult extractions done with no pain for me during the procedure and after. I am recommending Dr.Kate as being a 5 starts dentist. Gold hands and touch. As well Aimee, the dental nurse has gold touch. Thank you to both of them.
I’m so nervous of the dentist and last week the dentist here showed me such reassurance for my following appointment. Today I had my appointment and the wonder dentist,dental nurse were just amazing. Receptionist girls so lovley. Thank you Clare
Picardy Dentist is absolutely terrible. The receptionists are some of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with — both on the phone and in person. They talk down to you, make you feel like you’re a problem, and act like they couldn’t care less. Trying to get through to them is a nightmare. The dentist herself might be polite, but she clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing. There’s no treatment plan, no proper explanation — they just do whatever, send you away, and leave you guessing. Extremely rude ,Incompetent receptionist on multiple different occasions , my family and I have all experienced this and wouldn’t recommend it for anyone . The two stars granted are for the talented dentists onsite ,that’s if u can get past the fire breathing dragon in reception .
