This dentist has seriously went to the dogs. If you aren’t spending hours on the phone to be greeted by obnoxious secretaries, then you are being denied essential treatment. Looking at these reviews says it all really, from elderly to disabled people being denied essential treatment. what happened to your legal obligation and duty of care to patients? I would suggest making a case to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO) or the Northern Ireland Public Services Ombudsman (NIPSO). Refused treatment for not keeping check ups .. I am a 50 year old man , like all men I enjoy suffering in silence and leave things to the last minute or at the point of disaster before actually asking for help .
