Had an emergency appointment today told them I'd been in pain all night. Said I could not get treated until end of this month. Its 19th today. I said why offer emergency appointments when theyre not giving emergency treatment. She then said I could wait and see if someone doesn't show up. I opted for that because of the pain. Absolutely wonderful people at this practice. ♡ I cannot believe people are giving negativite reviews! the dentist is a wonderful, amazing woman who is working for basically pennies as an NHS dentist and she's done a great job. I had an emergency with my tooth and Im so greatful that she took time to see me today despite me not having a dentist. She was so nice and professional. My experience was awful as a patient with bad anxiety already. This dentist was so rude and had no empathy for me and made me feel uncomfortable. This happened when I was getting a check up and because this health care centre that I was registered with since I was 14 but had wanted to do a final check up as this health care centre only took patients like me up to 17 ( this was whenever I was 17) and who where absolutely amazing with me, wanted me to come and get an x ray which was free , and when I had told this women at sliabh mor that I got the x ray she turned round to her assistant and …

Had my first appointment this morning and it was brilliant..staff are very pleasant and do a fantastic job under pressure..the surgery is new and bright and modern...thank you very much🙏🏻
