I have had a superb experience with the Lalor clinic - from front of house been made feel comfortable and welcoming, to expert guidance, advice and brilliant treatment by the team and especially from Aisling & David the dentists. I have always been a exceptional nervous patient and they made me relaxed and I now actually enjoy the experience and don’t feel Nervous any more going to the dentist. Delighted with the results !! Definitely not the service I had been used to with Mr jordan for 20 years. Since taken over I struggled to get me and my daughter booked in for an appointment together final got sorted to arrive and be told after waiting 40mins over appointment time that they had only booked in 1 of us and didnt have time to do both check ups. Then when due next check up they were only letting me book and said they were going to put on evening times to catch up on the kids (year later still no appointment) even ringing every month to try and get 1 booked. Recently moved to this dental clinic, very friendly front of house team. My dentist was very professional and a lovely atmosphere, I would be quite nervous with dental work but I felt very comfortable and in good hands. Would definitely recommend this clinic, and feel content with my change in dentist.
